Refund Policy

If Sumi Pro or Teams isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you will get your money back, no questions asked.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle through paddle.net, or write to us at contact@sumipdf.com.

After a refund, the license key stops unlocking paid features at the end of its current validity. Renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you did not use the paid features since.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
