How paying works
Does the payment page see my documents?
No. Payment happens only on this page, through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. The app never loads any payment code, and this page never loads the app.
What happens after I pay?
Pro switches on by itself on this device, and any Sumi tab you have open unlocks straight away. There is no password to create and nothing to copy.
Using another computer or phone?
Open Sign in there and enter the email you paid with. We send you a link; open it and Pro switches on.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the link in your receipt email or on paddle.net with the email you paid with. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Taxes and invoices
Paddle handles VAT and sales tax and sends the invoice. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
